In December 2021, we completed a demanding reconstruction of two unique barns from the 19th century, which are the dominant feature of the village. The house is protected by a small forest from the northern side, and the southern side of the plot is a well surrounded by bushes. This way, the land offers complete privacy.
We placed the greatest emphasis on ensuring that the interiors can offer a modern but at the same time cosy design. The Koblitzer Hof is ideal for families and groups of friends who wish to experience luxurious relaxation. Guests have access to a sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool, games room with billiards, and a gym. From summer to autumn, there is also a private golf teeing area right in front of the house.

Ground floor: The house welcomes you in a spacious lobby with access to a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen overlooking a garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is connected to a large dining room with a fireplace. On the ground floor there is the 1st bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed. In this room there are 2 elegant bathrooms with a toilet and shower.
First floor: It offers a TV area with a sofa bed and 2 bedrooms. First bedroom: 1 double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people by arrangement. Second bedroom: 1 double bed also with the possibility of adding an extra bed in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people by arrangement, bathroom with a shower.
Attic: The generous space offers not only a beautiful view of the surroundings, but also billiards, table football, TV, toys ... it's simply the perfect playroom for children and adults. If children do not want to leave this wonderful place, they can sleep here on 2 sofa beds (4 beds in total).
In each bedroom, you will find a rich library.
Garden: The garden features a heated swimming pool with an area of 8 x 4 m, a fireplace and a picnic table. Above the garden, there is a small private forest. The whole area is fenced - dogs can run freely.
Heating: Heat pump and fireplace, underfloor heating in the wellness area and bathroom.
Transport, parking: Parking directly in the yard (fenced) or in front of the house, for a total of 6 cars.
Book accommodationFully equipped kitchen, equipped with a two-burner ceramic electric hob, a microwave with a grill and hot air, a kettle, a toaster, smoothie mixer, an American refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. In the garden, there is a gazebo, a fireplace, a grill, one terrace facing south, a picnic table and a heated sunken pool with an area of 8 x 4 m.
There is also the possibility to store bicycles in a lockable hut.
